Kingston "King" Jackson, a young menace from the streets of Dallas TX, thought his soul existence was power and money, began building his empire at the tender age of 16 with the salvage thugs of Oak Cliff TX.
King thought all he ever needed was in the streets until he met Nia James, a young tender from the suburbs, who he was skeptical about introducing his world to. When King's showdery past leads him to prison and Nia with a safe full of money and a life of discovery.
After 6 long yrs, he noticed time waits for no man, and being broke was not a option, King is forced back to his criminal ways and tries to pick up where he left off when longtime friend Sike puts him down on a lick to rob neighborhood drug dealer Rick dope.

King sees potential in a young rapper in the hood and take a chance with him and launches his own rap label. When jealous begins breeding in the city a bit is put on his primary investment, things go from business to personal. Kings ear is to the streets and he hears them calling. Will King find out that Nia is still alive? Will King find out who is trying to stop his shine?
